For Radomes, Open Array and Small Satcom/TV Antenna
Expertly designed to install your antenna on the cabin roof, flybridge or radar arch of your powerboat, providing a clear view of the horizon for maximum antenna performance.
Scanstrut’s Composite PowerTower offers a single “monocoque” structure for outstanding strength and surface finish. Its aerodynamic shape and high gloss finish makes a product that is as strong as it is attractive.

Pre-fitted IP65 gland to seal cable entry into stem and a watertight base seal included so no need for messy sealant - Ease of Install
Pre-drilled mounting holes, the antenna fastens to PowerTower top plate using own mounting bolts - Choice of Heights
150mm (6”) or 350mm (14”) heights available - Aesthetic Single Piece Moulding
Curves and strength to suit any boat with a 30° aft leaning profile to compliment any powerboat

- Aluminium PowerTower - Bespoke extrusion = strength, good looks and choice
- Stainless PowerTower - Marine grade stainless - traditional look, mirror finish

F.A.Q.'s for Composite PowerTower®
Do I need to use the foam inserts supplied or can I use a sealant?
You can use either – a sealant such as Sikaflex can be used in place of the foam seal we provide with the product.
Are the PowerTower forward or aft leaning?
It depends which PowerTower you order. Composite and Stainless PowerTowers all have a 30° aft leaning profile.
Aluminium PowerTower are either 25° forward leaning or if you are installing an open array antenna, they are 25° aft leaning.
What is the difference between the PowerTower material options?
All of our PowerTower models are made from marine grade materials. The choice of which you install can come down to personal preference. As a guide though, the Stainless or Aluminium models are better suited to RIBS, Composite is a good weight saving option.
Our Gantry Mount accessory can also only be installed on the Stainless or Aluminium models so that might also be a factor in which product you choose.
